  I've been going to Oishi regularly for 3 years, once a week or so.  They have the best hibachi chicken and steak I've ever had.  I've also had their hibachi shrimp and shrimp tempura - all excellent - but I've settled on the dish I like best (hibachi chicken and steak) and mostly stick with that.  It's the only restaurant I can go into and say, "The usual, please," and they know what I want.
  
  The place is usually crowded and noisy at lunch, with the wait staff in constant motion, shouting at each other over the heads of the customers.  This can be a bit disconcerting, but I view it as a culturally enriching part of the experience.
  
  The best indicator of how good this place is may be the constant crowd of Japanese students that pack the place cheek to jowl every day.  That's excellent testimonial all by itself.

  We came as a group to this restaurant around 7:00; we were told by one waiter that it closed at 7:00 and by another in the back that it closed at 8:00. We were seated and the waiter seemed to be a little upset while serving us even though the waiter in the back told us 8:00. Two of our orders were wrong after waiting for our food. The food is good and the price is reasonable for what you get. No alcohol at the restaurant and not open late at night, which makes it hard to go if you work regular business hours. Parking is hard. Decent Japanese restaurant.

  Food isn't bad. It's decent for $9.99, $10.80 something with tax. However, I would not recommend getting the steak. It is VERY TOUGH & has a weird after taste. I should of known something was up when she didn't ask me how I would like it cooked. It would have been better to just get chicken. The vegetables are pretty good. I asked for another white sauce but she said 50 cents...

  This place is good if your want a casual and inexpensive for lunch or dinner. There food is pretty good and they have some great specials. For example you can get lunch chicken hibachi with a sweet tea for $5.99.
  Also you can get 2 lunch sushi rolls for $7.99.  
  They are quick and there isn't a long wait for your food!

  I've had boba here three or four times and it's powdered boba, so i wouldn't recommend getting flavors that depend on being authentic like Thai tea. When I got Taro and Jasmine boba here over the summer they were great, but when i got Thai tea boba today it tasted watered down and the boba was stuck together at the bottom.
  
  I come here for quick and cheap boba fixes (boba is  $2.99) and because it's closer to my dorm than ICool. It's pretty hit or miss and doesn't seem to be consistent in their quality
